1. Purpose of the Application
Vivel Carton Dhamaka 2026 is a business application developed for authorized Distributor Salesmen (DS) to enroll eligible retailer outlets into the Vivel Carton Dhamaka 2026 promotional scheme.
2. User Eligibility
- Access to the application is restricted to authorized Distributor Salesmen (DS) only.
- Users must have valid credentials issued by the program administrator.
- Unauthorized access or use of another user's credentials is strictly prohibited.
3. Login Credentials
- Users must log in using their assigned WD Code as the User ID and the corresponding WD Code Password.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity performed using a user's account will be considered the responsibility of that user.
4. Retailer Enrollment
- A DS may enroll only those retailer outlets officially allocated to them.
- During enrollment, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the retailer's registered mobile number.
- Enrollment will be completed only after successful OTP verification.
- OTP verification confirms the retailer's consent to participate in the promotional scheme.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and genuine retailer information.
- Enroll only eligible retailer outlets.
- Obtain the retailer's consent before initiating OTP verification.
- Use the application only for authorized business purposes.
- Comply with all program guidelines issued by the company.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Attempt to enroll fake, duplicate, or unauthorized retailer outlets.
- Manipulate, alter, or misuse application data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its servers.
- Use the application for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
7. Data Collection
The application may collect:
- WD Code and user authentication details.
- Retailer information required for enrollment.
- OTP verification status.
- Device information required for security and troubleshooting.
- Application usage logs for operational purposes.
The collected information is used solely for scheme administration, verification, reporting, and improving application performance.
8. Privacy
All user and retailer information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Data is collected only for legitimate business purposes and is protected using appropriate security measures.
9. Account Suspension
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be:
- Misusing the application.
- Providing false information.
- Violating these Terms & Conditions.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
10. Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to keep the application operational, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and application features are the property of the company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access, incorrect information provided by users, network failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
